The opportunity
Use golf's community reach to help young people make informed decisions.
Golf teaches young people to think ahead, understand consequences, act with integrity, and take responsibility for their choices. Stay on Course would connect those habits with truthful, practical education about drugs, vaping, marijuana, alcohol, and peer pressure.
The national vision is not a single traveling presentation. It is a repeatable community model combining Drug Educators Alliance content and training with the PGA TOUR's ability to convene tournaments, partners, players, volunteers, and local organizations.

We recommend jointly costing the design and demonstration phases before discussing a national budget. This keeps the proposal grounded in an agreed scope and realistic delivery requirements.
Measurement
Measure what the program can honestly show.
The partnership would report sessions delivered, participants reached, materials distributed, knowledge responses, participant feedback, partner readiness, and implementation lessons. It would not claim changes in drug use or behavior without an appropriate study design and sufficient follow-up.
